Angry Momma Yoga came out of the need for there to be a space where we, as parents and caretakers don’t have to pretending to feel good when we feel angry, or sad or exhausted. It came from the need to reject the dissonance and disconnection in oneself that so often leads to depression, stomach aches, other manifestations. Caretakers deserve a break; to be seen; to carve out time for ourselves and listen to the places where wisdom already lives — our intuition, our body. What are we missing when we don’t listen?

In righteous rage and embodied care,
